Elite Green Arc Properties is committed to delivering dependable quality while protecting people, communities and the environment throughout planning, construction, handover and after-sales activities.
Purpose and Scope
This policy sets the direction for quality, occupational health, environmental responsibility and safety across our offices, project sites and activities carried out on our behalf. It applies to employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers and visitors within areas under our control.
Quality
We aim to translate approved designs and specifications into durable, functional spaces through documented requirements, competent supervision, suitable materials, inspection and timely correction of non-conforming work.
We seek clear communication with customers and project partners, accurate project information, controlled changes and continual improvement informed by reviews, feedback and lessons learned.
Health and Well-being
We promote working conditions that support physical and mental well-being. Project planning should consider hygiene, drinking water, sanitation, heat, dust, noise, ergonomics, fatigue and access to appropriate first aid and emergency support.
Workers should be fit for their assigned task and encouraged to report health concerns without fear of retaliation.
Safety
We seek to prevent injury and ill health by identifying hazards before work begins, assessing risk, applying suitable controls and verifying that critical precautions remain effective.
Safe systems of work, personal protective equipment, equipment inspection, access control, housekeeping and emergency preparedness are expected wherever relevant. Anyone should stop and report work that presents an immediate serious risk.
Environmental Responsibility
We aim to reduce avoidable environmental impact through efficient use of water, energy and materials; responsible waste segregation and disposal; control of dust, noise and pollution; protection of soil and drainage; and thoughtful landscape and resource planning.
Project teams should consider practical opportunities for reuse, recycling, lower-impact materials and long-term building efficiency.
Compliance
We are committed to meeting applicable legal, regulatory, approval, contract and project requirements. Relevant obligations should be identified, communicated, documented and reviewed as project conditions or requirements change.
Contractors and Suppliers
Contractors and suppliers are expected to follow site QHES requirements, provide competent personnel, maintain appropriate records and promptly correct unsafe or non-conforming conditions. Selection and performance reviews may consider quality, safety and environmental conduct alongside commercial factors.
Training and Participation
People should receive information, instruction and training appropriate to their role. Toolbox talks, inductions, supervision and consultation help teams understand hazards, controls, quality expectations and emergency procedures.
Employees and workers are encouraged to suggest improvements and report hazards, near misses, incidents and quality concerns.
Monitoring and Improvement
We review QHES performance through inspections, testing, observations, incident review, customer feedback and periodic management review. Findings should lead to proportionate corrective action, accountable ownership and follow-up to confirm completion.
Responsibility and Contact
Management is responsible for providing direction and reasonable resources. Project leaders are responsible for implementation, and every person working with us is responsible for following controls and reporting concerns.
