This policy explains the general process for cancellation and refund requests. The terms in a signed application, allotment letter, agreement for sale or other project-specific document will apply to a property booking.
Website Enquiries
Submitting a website enquiry, requesting a callback or downloading a brochure is free and does not create a booking or payment obligation. There is no cancellation fee for withdrawing a general enquiry.
Property Bookings
A reservation or property booking becomes effective only when the required application or agreement is accepted and the applicable amount is received. Cancellation rights, deductions, refund eligibility and timelines are governed by the relevant project documents and applicable law.
If this website summary differs from an executed document, the executed document and mandatory legal requirements will prevail.
How to Request Cancellation
A cancellation request should be made in writing from the registered email address and include the applicant’s name, contact details, project and unit information, booking or application number, payment details and reason for cancellation.
We may request identity, bank-account or supporting documents to verify the applicant and process any eligible refund securely.
Cancellation Requested by the Buyer
Where a buyer chooses to cancel, any refund and permitted deduction will be calculated according to the signed booking or sale documents and applicable law. Deductions may include an expressly agreed cancellation charge, taxes already remitted, payment-gateway or banking charges, and documented third-party costs where legally permitted.
No deduction will be made where prohibited by applicable law.
Project Delay or Promoter Default
Rights arising from project delay, discontinuance, inability to give possession or another promoter default are governed by the agreement for sale and applicable real-estate law. Nothing in this policy limits a buyer’s mandatory statutory remedies, including any refund, interest or compensation available under law.
Amounts That May Not Be Refundable
Subject to the executed documents and applicable law, charges paid to government authorities or independent third parties may be non-refundable once incurred. Examples may include stamp duty, registration charges, legal-document charges, loan-processing fees or other external expenses.
Refund Processing
After a request is approved and the required documents are received, the applicant will be informed of the eligible amount and expected processing period. Refunds are normally made to the original payer or verified bank account through a traceable payment method.
Banking delays, unresolved documentation, legal restrictions or amounts owed under the executed agreement may affect processing.
Third-Party Payments
Loan cancellations and refunds of amounts paid directly to a bank, broker, channel partner, government authority or other third party must be handled with that organisation under its own terms. We will provide reasonable transaction records available to us where appropriate.
Questions and Disputes
Please contact us first so we can review the booking documents and payment record. This policy does not restrict any right to approach the appropriate consumer forum, real-estate regulatory authority, court or other lawful dispute-resolution body.
